From the moment little royals arrive, they step into a beautifully curated setting filled with elegant décor AND enchanting music ready to welcome them. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to create an experience that feels magical, joyful, and truly unforgettable.

  • Sing along to classic songs, enjoy immersive storytelling, make wishes with pixie dust, and participate in engaging activities alongside the princesses. Watch as your child becomes part of the fairytale not just a guest, but a royal participant in the magic.

  • Delight in charming tea trays filled with sweet and savoury treats, thoughtfully prepared for both children and adults to enjoy together. Our menu is nut-free, and dietary accommodations are available to ensure every guest can indulge comfortably.

  • Every child receives special one-on-one time with a princess for a royal touch-up, featuring a light application of eyeshadow and lip gloss. For those who prefer, a special princess sticker may be offered instead, as a special keepsake.
    Families will also enjoy dedicated photo opportunities to capture the magic.

We create beautifully curated tea parties filled with live performances, interactive storytelling, sweet treats, elegant décor, and unforgettable memories. It’s more than a party - it’s a fairytale brought to life.

  • Our events are perfect for children ages 2-10, however older and younger siblings are always welcome. Every child experiences the magic in their own special way, and we design our programming to feel inclusive, engaging, and joyful for all little royals.

  • Yes. All guests attending (children and adults) require an individual ticket due to seating, catering, and venue capacity. We carefully curate seating arrangements and tea trays for every guest to ensure a beautiful and comfortable experience.

  • Yes. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full duration of the event.

    Tiaras & Teacups is designed as a shared experience - a magical afternoon where families create memories together. For safety, supervision, and venue requirements, we do not offer drop-off attendance.

  • Each child’s ticket includes:

    • A curated tea tray made of sandwiches, pizza buns and sweet treats.

    • Live princess performances

    • Interactive storytelling & sing-alongs

    • Pixie dust wishes

    • One-on-one princess moments (royal makeup touch-up or special keepsake)

    • Photo opportunities

    • A magical setting designed just for them

  • Yes. Our menu is nut-free. We also offer dietary accommodations, when requested during registration. Please indicate allergies or dietary restrictions while purchasing your ticket so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Absolutely! We love when little royals arrive dressed for the occasion. Princess dresses, crowns, sparkles - it all adds to the magic. Adults are welcome to dress up too if they wish!

  • Yes! Many families choose to celebrate birthdays at our public events. If you are looking for a fully private experience, we also offer curated private princess parties.

  • Yes, we offer fully curated private princess parties and birthday celebrations. You can choose your princess performers, backdrop size, décor style, and interactive elements. We bring the fairytale to your venue and customize the experience to make your dream celebration a reality.

  • Due to the nature of this sold-out event, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another guest with the same dietary requirements. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

  • We tour across Ontario, bringing Tiaras & Teacups to beautiful venues in different communities. Upcoming locations are always listed on our schedule  page.

  • Follow us on Instagram and join our email list to be the first to know about new dates and locations.

  • Infants under 12 months who will remain in the parent’s arms for the duration of the event do not require a ticket.

    If your little one will need their own seat or high tea tray, a child’s ticket will be required.

    Unfortunately, High chairs are not available.

  • No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through our website. Our tea parties often sell out, and each seat is reserved and customized to the guests attending. We recommend securing your seats early to avoid disappointment.
